Zero!! Many people say it but I would genuinely give zero stars. Absolutely appalling. As a tenant, it has been a horrendous experience renting with this company. No communication during our ten months of hell. My wife became ill because of stress caused and this culminated with them or the awful landlady issuing a no reason eviction and for us to move out and grind somewhere to live within six weeks! Rent was paid on time every month no problem. So after all this, my wife, three kids found somewhere to live with a much friendlier, professional estate agent and a bigger and better house for less money. Ourselves, professional cleaners and members of our family spent three days cleaning making the property look superior to when we moved in. A report was done and was pretty much faultless. Four weeks later we are yet to receive our deposit back, poor communication (again)! There are fault cracks in parts of the wall that the landlady is asking for us to pay for (they were there before and class as wear and tear). It is a week before Christmas and we are no closer to receiving the £2.4k. Allen and Harris (Highworth) are bullies, unprofessional and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The landlady is just using this property to exploit people and make money unfairly. I know I am bitter after the terrible experience we endured but this is just me trying to forewarn others before using them. The previous tenant tried to warn us but sadly we proceeded.
