Avoid this company at all costs!
I provided a service at her B&B three days ago, but the owner, Federica, has refused to pay for it.
After following up politely, she not only failed to resolve the matter but also blocked me, demonstrating extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior.
Her approach was aggressive, dismissive, and arrogant throughout the process. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against dealing with this person or her company. Save yourself the frustration and avoid potential scams.

I had a very bad experience with the agent called * she did not return back to me the holding deposit once she admitted in front of me and another person that the place had a specific problem so we could not go ahead with the contract, to hold the deposit than she found innumerably and embarrassing excuses.
Do not deal with them!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
