I have had an excellent experience with William H Brown. Moving from London up north to a new place can be extremely daunting and I have had some horrendous experiences with other agents, but these agents have made it a smooth and hassle free process. I get clear, prompt and efficient communication from them and I am kept in the loop every step of the way. A huge thanks to Joanne and Imogen, they have been absolutely wonderful. I would definitely go through this agency again.... am very satisfied with the experience so far.

Promised we could move in on a certain date (on more than one occasion) for the move in date to consistently be put back. Demands for an inventory fee of �120 without having a copy of said inventory.
Nothing but lies to cover up each others mistakes and then a half hearted apology through email which they believe will.make everything better.
For a well established estate agent, I find their service abysmal and feel a 5 year old could run the office to a higher standard.

I bought the property from the agent and decided that they could have the opportunity to rent the property out for me. No one in W H Brown seems to take responsibility for the action and passes the "buck" to someone else. The people in the sleaford office rent out the property - then if you as a tenant or i as a landlord have a repair issue it then goes to another office and payments of rent and bond etc paid to another place again - absolutely silly.
Please someone in head office or management in Sleaford address this situation for everyones sake
Remember - people eventually get sick of asking people to do there job and protest by moving agent. Also tenants please remember that the landlord may be on the other side of the see-saw fighting to get things right but without professional, knowledgeable management

Absolute disgrace. Take £1800 up front and get the fleas free. Had to call out a pest control late at night as could not move in. House dirty oven still previous persons food. Toilets bath shower filthy. Were told a deep clean! No not even a little one. Never get called back! Give me a job I will... Read Full Review
