What can I say. Matt Harvey has been amazing, bringing real insight to the property market, advising on the potential pitfalls and securing an offer on my property which matched my expectations within 3 weeks of going live on the market. He's always been available to speak to, has kept me up to date every step of the way and made me feel like my custom was valued. Nothing was too much trouble. This is not my first rodeo in the field of selling a property, but it's been by far the very best experience I've had. Couldn’t recommend more!
I first met Matt while visiting a house he was selling. I got the impression he was open and honest and he kept in contact with myself. Our house was on the market with another agent who was unsuccessful with selling our house for over 6 weeks. Matt offered to come and value our house and although the process was scary, we had full trust in Matt.
Matt kept us updated the whole way, made sure that we were happy with the proposal going forward and ensured that we stayed happy with what was going on throughout the process.
Matt was so successful in selling our house getting £10,000 over asking and after weeks of waiting, restored our trust in selling our home.
We couldn’t thank Matt enough and would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to sell :)

Honestly I cannot recommend Matt enough
We struggled to sell with the other agents in the area as they just didn’t seem bothered or even contacted us, we heard of Matt through a friend and got in contact. The entire process was efficient and as pleasing as selling a house could be

Found Matt Harvey on recommendation by my sister who only had very good things to say about her experience of Matt selling her property and I can only echo all that she said. From the very beginning Matt was thorough, knowledgeable and focused on getting us a good sale. Nothing has been too much trouble. He has been in constant contact updating every step of the way and provided valuable advice based on years of experience. It has been a refreshing and amazing experience to have such exceptional service in a world where most of the time it feels like customer service has gone out of the window. Could not recommend Matt more, hands down the best Estate Agent we have ever experienced.
We came across Matt whilst viewing a property my wife and I were interested in, and were so impressed we switched from a large local estate agent to Matt the very next day.
Matt not only sold our property, but offered support in negotiations on properties we were interested in buying.
Matt kept us updated every other day, and we felt well informed throughout the entire process.

Matt has been extremely helpful when selling my property. Matt's communication has been excellent throughout the process and has always been available for a phone call and advise throughout the process. This includes assisting and advising with the purchase of our next property, including advising on a strategy for making offers.
I would whole heartedly recommend using Matt as an estate agent and wouldn't hesitate in using him him in the future for any other sales needed.

I recently bought a house that Matt Harvey was selling and, already being sceptical of the reliability of an estate agents, came into the first viewing very reserved. The estate agents I’ve come across previously have little to no knowledge about the property they’re selling and will tell you anything to get their sale. I was surprised by Matt’s honesty and I leaned into his knowledge of the industry and questioned him on the property. Both of which he was able to fully satisfy everything I wanted to find out. Throughout the whole process he has been really helpful and gets me the information I need in a timely fashion and is always on hand for advice. If I was to sell I’d be straight on the phone to him. Couldn’t recommend him more.
