My wife and I lived at the studio at Churchill House in Hendon over 5 years. Jayson Russell as an agency has provided us with excellent service. Russell Fraser has always promptly resolved any of our difficulties. The maintenance staff at Churchill House namely Will, Dave and Derrick have been ever so supportive. The location of the Studio was prime with a Church Many shops, restaurants, GP, and most transport links all within short walking distance.
We highly recommend this agency.

They managed the flat well, if anything was broken or damaged they were quick to ensure a replacement or put us in contact with the necessary workman. Very grateful to Russell Fraser and everyone at Jayson Russell. They provided me with 3 years' accommodation in Hendon with exemplary service throughout. My application, referencing etc was all really smooth and I was offered a flat straight away. During my stay any issues I reported were always responded to and dealt with promptly and efficiently so nothing dragged on. Russell's vast knowledge & experience is demonstrated in his willingness to help in an impartial, fair and cordial manner often going the extra mile for you. It would be remiss of me not to mention Derek - and Sid especially - who always found time to drop by the property to do any maintenance. Thanks also to Vish, Maria, and Dan for ensuring the annual checks, renewals, etc were all arranged in good time. Having made personal plans to move on it's a bit sad to be parting ways with JR who really couldn't have done any more to ensure I was happy in my home. Pleasure working with you and wishing you all the best.

I have been a tenant of a Jayson Russell property in London for over 25 years. The owners and staff are kind, professional and fair in their dealing with customers and provide excellent advice and communications. They have supported my tenancy with a light-touch management which has been welcomed and have always dealt with problems with a sense of urgency and clarity. The estate agency market is often maligned by customers who have had bad experiences - I have always found Jayson Russell to be highly ethical and trust-worthy and clearly put their landlords and tenant at the heart of their business operations.
