For personal reasons viewing of my property were conducted by the estate agents.
The gentleman that a meet on a few times was very friendly and had a good understanding of my situation.
I was always given notice of the viewings and these were arranged around my working from home timetable. They followed up the viewing to obtain and give me feedback.
After an acceptable offer was made they kept me up to date with developments until completion

I would certainly recommend Emsley's in Rothwell to others. The staff - and in particular Zoe and Lynsey - always responded in a positive and timely way to my messages. Their professional and friendly manner did a good deal to ease the stress involved in selling my property which until recently was the much loved home of my late mother. The online viewer feedback and sales progression chart were also useful sources of information.
