We approached Allen Davies Estate Agents last September with a view to selling our property in Leyton, East London. Tony Strover was the agent who has taken care of our sale over the last few months. We have received great support and communication from Tony throughout the sale process. He took care of the EPC certificate and then guided us through getting the photos done as our window to prospective buyers. Tony has been in the industry many years and his knowledge and experience helped us through what can be quite a difficult process. There are not enough stars to give Allen Davis, professional until the last minute and beyond. Advice planning and professional attitude is second to none, every member of the team is knowledgeable, and full of advice, not to mention the calming effect when panicking and being a pest (sorry). Very professional friendly and helpful and willingness to help .
The photographs of the property were great and the brochure and advertisement were done very professionally.
Viewing were done almost days after the property going on market within 5 days we had an offers after 7 weeks the buyer exchanged contracts .
Tony service was 5 star would definitely use them again and would recommend Tony .

Tony was our agent in a recent purchase of a home in Leyton. I've used Allen Davies on 3 occasions now and would highly recommend using them.
In all transactions they hold themselves to a very high standard of professionalism and their knowledge of the market is second to none. They take you through the conveyancing process from start to finish and make it a very feel like a very smooth process.
I was particularly impressed by Tony who helped me coordinate the selling of my house and kept the transaction alive by constantly chasing the solicitors involved so I didn't have to do anything! Would highly recommend Allen Davies and will use them again if the opportunity arises!
