Since this company took over Nicholas Michael in Talbot Green, the service received has been appalling. They don’t return calls, they don’t respond to emails and you have to constantly badger them just to get your rent. If you are thinking of using this agent then think again and read the reviews. Quotes are very overpriced and be prepared to pay over £100 just for the quote!!!!. Having not been informed about this charge, I am taking my complaint further . Only 1 star because I had to. Would have been a 0.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Wish I could give o stars, worst letting agents ever, never return calls, have to chase them every month to recip my rent weeks and weeks late, told me lies that the Tennant was paying late which I've since disappeared was not the case, offered discounts for the horrendous service I received... By far the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I paid an extortionate management fee yet ended up doing everything myself.
