I had a fantastic experience working with Michael at Hadleigh Residential during my recent apartment purchase. Although he was representing the seller, he was incredibly supportive and responsive to me as the buyer as well.
From property viewings, negotiations, and making the offer, all the way to working with solicitors and completing the transaction, Michael was consistently helpful and proactive. He always responded to my emails promptly—often on the same day—and kept the process moving by following up whenever there were delays from the seller or their legal team.
His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment made the entire experience much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciated the care he showed throughout every stage of the purchase.
The service I received from Hadleigh Residential was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again any future property needs, and I highly recommend them to others.

In 2009 we sold our flat and bought our house through Hadleigh; Michael Vaidya was so helpful, professional and he made the whole process as smooth as possible for us. After 14 very happy years in our house, in the Spring of this year, we decided to move and had no hesitation in going straight back to Hadleigh. Michael helped us so much with the whole process. He attended all our viewings personally and he also kept the agency through which we were buying informed all along the way. We had a small chain and Michael ensured that it did not break, keeping in touch with all buyers, sellers and agents involved. He went above and beyond what could be expected and when, he was away for a few days, kept in touch and left Nick Collins completely up to date so that he was able to deal with anything, he was also excellent. Mark and I are now very happily living in our new home and we have Michael and all the staff at Hadleigh to thank for making it possible.
