I was contacted by Marc within 24 hours of submitting an interest for one of his properties. He was friendly and willing to work with my schedule in regards to viewings. He was prompt and helpful with getting to the property for the viewing time. He was knowledgeable about the area.
I received the application form within 2 hours of seeing the property and he and Jason were helpful during the process. It took roughly 5 days from viewing the property to signing the lease. They made the whole process of moving very easy and efficient.

Considering the current environment I was surprised at the speed Marc managed to get serious buyers in to view our property. They were no time wasters and everyone was in a position to make an offer. Marc knew the property and local amenities and had all answers to hand. What paid dividends was having the whole team able to provide the guidance as the offer was made all the way through to completion. liaising with the solicitors and all parties throughout. Thanks for all the help.

Marc found a buyer very quickly, recommended a good solicitor and liaised well with the building management company. So glad I found Jason to (and later manage) my flat 12 years ago. He is streets above any other agent I have used and the key thing about Jason is he cares about your property like it is his own. There has been a seamless transition between tenants who are always well vetted. He has always been on top of the frequently changing regulations and been available to deal with all my silly questions. When Jason took over the management of my flat, he took away all the stress related to issues raised by tenants and the block management companies (and there have been some tricky ones). Searching my first London property and very lucky to have Living residential as my agent. The flat is amazing and the service is excellent. Very responsive and helpful. React quickly when there is any issues (even during Christmas month). Even for the check out report and holding deposit. all are handled professionally
