Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Hannah and the Capital Estate Agents Property Management team such an efficient service. I had been experiencing constant issues with my smoke alarms due to a battery fault and Hannah kindly came to my aid to help resolve the situation. Not only was she able to disable the alarms, but she even went above and beyond to back that same evening with some replacement alarms, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, which is very rare these days in terms of customer service. The Property Management team are always very friendly and professional. I'm confident that I have any issues, I can contact them and know that they will do their very best to get it sorted with efficiency. Thank you again! Elizabeth
