I have been a tenant with this agency a year and a half now, purely out of convenience because my family lives here and the location is good. However, their behavior is absolutely disgraceful. They exploit the rental market situation to the fullest, showing zero respect tenants. Their attitude is beyond rude, and every single time there’s an issue in the flat, I have to fight just to get the most basic repairs done. From a broken fridge to mold in the rooms, a faulty cooker, pest infestations, and leaks in the toilet—every problem has been a battle. They never take action unless I force them to, and even then, it’s always a halfbaked, cheap fix that either breaks within days or looks absolutely terrible. I have even had to resort to withholding rent at times just to get them to do their job. Most recently, my cooker broke, and now they’re refusing to fix it because three rings still work—this is completely unacceptable. This agency is beyond negligent, and I wouldn’t trust them to manage any property properly. Their disregard tenants’ wellbeing is appalling. I am seriously considering taking further action against them, whether through reporting their neglect, seeking legal advice, or leaving a public review to warn others. Thankfully, I only have six more months left in this nightmare, and once my tenancy is up, I will never have to deal with their incompetence again.
