Someone is always available to answer phone calls at Saxon Kings, very helpful in times of pandemic.
Evie has helped my son bought his first home. We viewed the flat twice before making an offer, and viewed again after the flat gone thru' small rectification work.
Evie is very responsive, always did her best to help. There are some complication with my purchase and Evie contacted relevant parties and keep us posted on progress. She even hand over to her colleague to follow up when she is on holiday.
As the seller has migrated overseas, Evie had to do many extra work to ensure we get to completion.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Saxon Kings. Start to finish they were exceptional and nothing was ever too much them. They constantly kept me up to date and eveything was done efficiently and to a high standard. They went above and beyond when it came to chasing solicitors and paperwork on my behalf. They did everything they possibly could to make this as smooth as possible me. I would highly recommend Saxon Kings to anyone looking to sell their home. It was not until a kind neighbour on the Nextdoor Kingston website recommended Nicola at Saxon Kings that things looked up. We rang Saxon Kings and – to our surprise and delight – Nicola was able to offer us a rental flat in Kingston, only 5 minutes walk away from our house!
Nicola has guided and assisted us in a calm, friendly and professional manner throughout the past weeks of complicated negotiations between our landlords and various parties of the insurance company.
We would not have managed without her and can wholeheartedly recommend Saxon Kings to anyone seeking help and advice with moving house or renting a property.
