Following this, we worked alongside Emily for the remainder of the process and again she was very easy to work with and very helpful in pushing things along when necessary. We really appreciated the constant communications and customer focus which now has us in our family home.

We recently sold our house with Up Estates and we cannot recommend them enough!
We had listed previously with other estate agents and we are so glad we changed to Up Estates as the other agents just did not compare in their service and we sold within the first few weeks of listing with them. I truly believe this is because of their friendly and responsive approach both the sellers and prospective buyers and through their and accurate marketing. For example, their description of the property was precise, as were the pictures taken showing our property in its nature which removed disappointment from prospective buyers unlike other agents, whose descriptions were not accurate and photos edited and unrealistic. Charlotte was brilliant at listing the property and with the photos she took.
Throughout the listing and sale Up Estates kept us thoroughly informed and were always reachable, something we struggled with other agents as we had to do a lot of chasing! We also had a dedicated sales progressor whom was really helpful and kept us up to date with progression of the sale both on our end and of the buyers; and whom spoke directly to solicitors regarding matters, which saved a lot of time waiting solicitors responses personally.
The listing and sale was such a smooth and uncomplicated process with Up Estates and their fees are really reasonable and we ever need to move again, we are certain that we would sell within Up Estates again!
10 out of 10 quality service.

Staff seem to show excellent communication skills, deliver the highest quality of marketing 100% engaging content and naturally attract buyerseller traffic, professional relations act in a reasonable time and with reasonable care in the best interest of the client in good faith.
Also, Up Estates No.1 bestseller at their game - influenced not only the sale of the property, but appears to be listed as the first and foremost expensive sold in the estate at the "hands of UP Estates!"
In fact, Up Estates lived "UP" to their reputation, integrity and best,"bestinvestment" especially fixing another estate agent namely Shortland Horne - Andy's conflict of interest: too busy with newer builds - on or around 12 months or more of poor service: prolonged the sale with a purpose!
I am grateful to Up Estates support bearing the burden. Sincere Thankyou to the team of intelligent heroes Charlotte, Jade, Emily, Demi, Becky, Kezia, Aliya and others.
