As purchasers of a new build property on a small development, we can't praise Greenslade Taylor Hunt Barnstaple highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys in the office, always at the end of a phone call to answer our many questions, or available for a site visit during the buying process. The after sales service was particularly good with Ollie continuously liaising between us, the developers and both solicitors to push the sale through. The whole process was seamless and we would highly recommend GTH to prospective buyers and sellers, can't fault their service.

Jodie and Mitchell were really great throughout the sale process - keeping us up to date on an ongoing basis. Delighted with how many viewings we got as well. They were arranged quickly and together which minimised the disruption to our daily lives. Within a week we had 15 viewings and accepted an offer. The photos and brochure were great quality and done promptly for us to approve. The team were approachable and always on the end of a phone (even outside working hours). As the sale has progressed they have been on the ball with documentation and updates.
