We came across Warrens through recommendation from neighbours. During the process of selling two houses, at once, I lost count of how many times we commented on how glad we were that we chose them. Warren and Stuart were always available to provide support, advice, empathy and professionalism during a very stressful time. We are convinced that without them we would not have made it! Being a small, local company they have the knowledge and personal interest that can’t be gained from a large firm. We are very appreciative of their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Warrens, was recommended to me by 2 other people. Initially I was a little sceptical as they are a small business with only 3 people in the business, Warren Stuart and Wendy but the service I got was excellent . From the beginning of the sale ,to booking viewers , a month later to getting a buyer the property and finally exchanging contracts Warren and his team kept me informed on a regular basis of updates . I chose not to go with a bigger agency as I think you struggle to get this attention, whereas a smaller firm it’s in their interests to . I would recommend highly.

Warren is deeply knowledgeable, helping us find the right buyer a smooth and quick sale with minimal stress, and a good price our home. I had anticipated selling our home would be stressful and transactional, but Warren's sense of humour and affability made it an unexpectedly enjoyable experience! In fact, the whole team have clearly been selected their warmth as well as their professionalism and expertise.
I highly recommend Warrens without hesitation. Thank you, Warrens!

Cannot recommend Warren's highly enough, Warren came and valued our house, talked us through the process and various outcomes then left the decision with us with absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. Throughout a long painful journey Warren literally became our therapist! Giving invaluable advice and talking us through how to negotiate and handle potentially contentious conversations with our onward sellers. Warren handled our relationship with our buyers perfectly meaning we didn't once need to contact them directly. Communication was excellent with Warren often getting back to us outside of office hours - moving house really does take over your life and everyone at Warren's has a real understanding of this.
Don't go with the 'free' agents, a local experienced agent is worth every penny and saves your sanity in what can be one of the most stressful experiences in life!

We cannot thank Warrens enough for all their support and hardworking during our recent house move. We went to Warrens having moved with them (bought and sold) twenty two years ago and we knew we could rely on the advice. Both Warren and Stuart know the business so well they were able to give accurate and up to date information at every level. They supported us in navigating various other agents for our purchase, giving us the right questions to ask and giving us reality checks when they were needed. It was the best value for money in all of our house move expenses.

Fantastic experience buying our house through Warrens, right from the first viewing (Both Stuart and Warren attended and spent a good 45 minutes talking us through everything).
Throughout the process they kept us up to date, relayed our thoughts and information and were always there to chat through anything we needed.

Warren’s found our ‘ideal buyer’ quickly and clearly cared equally about them, being a friendly and pro-active mediator in the negotiations and keeping the whole process moving by communicating with both sets of conveyancers. We were very happy with the service from start to finish.

We was introduced to Warren from Warrens estate agent by friends of ours that had used them before to sell their house and could recommend the services they offer. I was sceptical not using an agent with a shop on the A6, well I was so wrong. I was told that most people use the internet especially right move and it doesn't matter absolutely spot on. We arranged for Warren to visit and wow we was blown away what a lovely guy, he sat in our house that we wanted to market and took so much time with us explaining everything we hadn't moved for 17/18 years so things were totally different now. We could tell he loved our house and wanted to be the agent. We had another agent and it was an easy decision to choose Warren. From the pics taken by Stuart and all involved at the office in the business the outstanding levels of honesty and professionalism were mind blowing. Warren even recommended a removal company and we used them as well, again free good advice. He followed the sale right through for us and well yes we sold and moved! Warren has sold two properties for me in 2008 and 2024. The second property was sold within 48 hours!! Pleasure to deal with and they act as 'go between' involving the two sets of solicitors which is priceless. I can highly recommend ... Read Full Review

We recently sold our property through Warrens estate agents and we can’t recommend them highly enough. We initially went with another estate agent who we felt weren’t doing enough for us so we turned to Warrens and they took the process of selling our property to another level. They constantly kept us informed and got a high volume of viewings. When it came to the point where we accepted an offer Warrens helped us every step of the way until completion.
