This is the second time using Paul Carr. The first time they provided good service. This time, not so good. Communication was poor and I had to constantly chase for updates. They just completed an inspection report and the quality is poor, limited photos and some are blurry - like the inspector just ran around as quickly as possible! Not a great service, I would consider a different agent in future.

We recently sold a flat using Paul Carr as our Agents.
We know the company fairly well as their Property Managment Dept. had managed the property over the 10 years or so it had been let.
The Sales Dept worked hard on our behalf in a market made difficult, partly as a result of the recent pandemic and partly as a result of the large number of flats and apartments for sale in our locality.
Our telephone calls to the Office were generally returned in the same day if we were unable to contact the key person at the time of the call.
The arrangements for viewing were all in the hands of the agent and we believe were carried out efficiently.
Our main point of contact was Mrs Preece who gave us very good service.
As we had left the area some years ago we had no local contacts left for the choice of Solicitors and Paul Carr was able to make helpful suggestions based on their local knowledge. We were not especially happy about the efficiency of the firm we chose but that may be partly as a result of the high workload caused by the temporary suspension of Stamp Duty.
We can recommend Paul Carr as an efficient firm and we would be happy to work with them again.
