We had an excellent experience selling our flat with Pedder in Peckham, with Mollie in particular taking the lead. It was a very bumpy sale process due to issues with the council, and problems further up the chain, but Mollie kept in good contact throughout. We were working to a tight deadline due to mortgage offers expiring, and Mollie was excellent pushing these timelines with the whole chain, including when the buyer got somewhat nervous near the end. We were able to move on time, and really appreciate the help

I have the fantastic experience with Pedders, Mollie and Carolina team are the best and excellent service to help me to selling the property within one week, although the rest of the other agents have lasted over Three years and never succeeded due to their worries. A lot of the communication between the team with the patience to interpret the situation of the property in terms of the deed clauses analysis or even preparing to deal with those rare mentally manic control behaviour person, I should say that they are the best team of the property agency in the UK!
