Alp navigated this and was brilliant at proactively communicating each step of the process. He also helped solve some pretty hefty issues which nearly made the sale fall through. We had another experience with a local estate agent before completing on this house and it was like night and day!

We had another experience with a local estate agent before completing on this house and it was like night and day!
Thanks to Alp pushing this through (before stamp duty changes)! He’s great to work with and we’d look to use him and the estate agents we ever do move in the future.

Had an excellent property movein experience with Pedder Peckham. The team was really helpful from the beginning and made our house move smooth. They were proactive with the movein, and we were able to complete it within two weeks. Olivia is one of the best lettings consultants I've worked with. She managed the movein from start to finish, happily answering all our questions and concerns. We had to reschedule the movein date due to unforeseen circumstances, and she was really kind and flexible in accommodating our requests. Overall, a very good experience. Recommend them you are looking to move to SE London.
