I have now both bought and sold with Maguire Baylis (with an over 10 year gap in between) and both experiences were excellent. Everyone who I have dealt with at Maguire Baylis has been professional, kind, honest and thorough. I can't recommend Wendy, Neil and Tina highly enough. They will give you a well researched, honest valuation of your home, they will work hard to get the right offer and then their management of the sales progression process is outstanding. All the stakeholders are managed well, chased when necessary and kept updated. They are a brilliant local firm.
