After feeling deflated during our search our first home, Flo got in touch with us about an available property and was so accommodating with a date and time. She sorted us out so quickly!
Barry showed us round the property, we didn't feel rushed, but very welcomed to ask questions and try things like the water pressure, extractor fan, sofa comfortableness etc. Needless to say it took us a matter of seconds before falling in love with the place.
To put our application forward, we called the office immediately and it was superstar Flo who sorted us out again and put our application forward.
Less than two hours later, she called us to say the landlord had accepted our application!
We headed to the office to complete the necessary admin, it was such a breeze and all the staff in office were so friendly.
We're absolute thrilled with the service and feel very confident in Tennens managing our tobe home.
Needless to say, they have set the bar all future endeavours in property very high!!!

I had no clue how to sell a house. I researched some agents but nothing felt right or honest. I was later recommended Liz at Tennens properties and the moment I met Liz, I instantly knew why she had been recommended.
Liz is a person of the people. She is efficient, so always expect a reply and an update. Liz would update you (however big or small) before you got to the point of asking for an update.
This was a probate property, my late mum. Liz was very sensitive and empathetic. Made all the difference.
The board was hammered outside the house on the Saturday and due to this was sold on the Monday.
Though it was a quick sale, the actual process took longer than usual but Liz was very helpful in chasing up the buyers solicitor and we got there in the end.
Liz also recommended a few solicitors for myself to use, one of whom I chose (Atkins Dellow) who also delivered amazingly.
Over all - could not thank Liz and the team enough. Legend :)

I had a property to sell due to a bereavement. I contacted Liz at Tennens Properties as she had helped me previously with a purchase of a property. She provided excellent advice regarding making the property saleable and advice on the asking price. We had several interested parties resulting in an early offer. She provided regular updates to me and my buyer and chased solicitors frequently to expedite the sale. Liz is a credit to Tennens. On both occasions l have had the pleasure to deal with her she has been amazing working over and above the required standard.
