Central Estates enabled me to achieve the sale of my home despite a number of challenging circumstances - I had already moved to another country, a dispute with my neighbours occurred and the roof turned out to be in more urgent need repair than initially anticipated.
Despite these obstacles, James and the Leytonstone Team continuously provided helpful, encouraging advice, didn't give up on the property and found a suitable buyer.
Katie from the Walthamstow team then ensured that communication with the buyer's solicitor went smoothly and constructive.
Undoubtedly, I wouldn't have been able to reach completion without their help.

My journey began smoothly, with the estate agent reaching out to me, holding a oneday open house, and scheduling several viewings, which I am delighted and grateful. I contacted my solicitors, and the estate agent emailed me two days later, having already received the communication.
During the journey, the communication between the solicitors, me, and the estate agents was lost, which caused me to lose faith as nothing was happening. However, when Central Estate said they would fix it and get everything back on track, they truly lived up to their promised high standards. I am grateful that they restored my confidence, making things move again after a quiet period, in just one day. I was blessed by the divine’s abundance and grace.
Having a second silent period, I sincerely thank Katie Murry helping me feel at ease and managing my sales journey smoothly. When complications arose with the solicitors, Kate would resolve the issue with a professional, friendly, and kind approach, which I am very grateful. I want to express that the exceptionally high level of service I received from Katie and her team towards the end of the journey was invaluable, as communication between the solicitors was concerning. Katie was a leader in resolving the situation with professionalism, kindness, and compassion to make it happen.

I bought a property using Central estates and I had a positive experience overall. When I was viewing properties, Central had good properties available and it was easy to book viewings with them. After having an offer accepted, they provided me with some recommended solicitors, one of which I used (Fellowes Solicitors LLP) and had a very positive experience with. The Sales progression team at Central Estates were good at keeping things moving, though it could take quite a while for messages to be relayed between me and the seller which slowed things down a little. Overall, a positive experience!

Professional and Friendly.
I found Central Estates services to be very professional from start to finish for the sale of my property.
James was very knowledgeable and helpful with the valuation. He gave us options and I did not feel any pressure to go with them.
The sales team was also very helpful and responsive and kept me updated with all the booking for viewings and offers.
Finally, the sales progression team was so patient and helpful with all the queries and mediation. Although two of the sales offers fell through they kept persisting and finally found a buyer at the price I was happy with.
