We’ve had a fabulous experience from Faye Bottle. It’s been such a pleasure to get to know Faye. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained the whole process in detail. The photographs she took of our property were fabulous. She was extremely friendly but professional. With just a few hours of the photos being taken our house was online with Rightmove. We had viewers within a couple of days. I’d highly recommend Faye and Prime Estates.

Unfortunately there were a couple of instances where effective communication was somewhat lacking. To their credit the Prime Estates team recognised this as a service shortfall but one easily addressed going forward.
I would use Prime Estates again as without the above issue it would have been five stars from me.

I decided to try again as Prime were recommended and what a difference! Faye was just brilliant, so proactive I had a sale on only the 2nd viewing and even before the particulars went online. She was professional, motivated and knew her stuff. She was honest, reliable and trustworthy and made me feel instantly confident that she would do her job! very professional and handled the purchase of this property very well. Steve was very good to negotiate and convince very professionally. Highly recommended and would definitely use their service again.
