Everyone we dealt with at Bacon & Co Broadwater were brilliant, we honestly can't recommend them more! If we were staying local we would 1000% use them again. They are the loveliest bunch of people, super helpful and communicative. Natalie is such an asset and should be given a pay rise! She is THE best estate agent I have ever dealt, just brilliant. Dave is also fantastic, we were lucky enough to buy our flat and sell our flat through him and he has been great. Billie facilitated most of our viewings and he was also a super star! Special mention also to Jake, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Also dealt with Scott, who was also very good. Overall, a BRILLIANT team, we do not have one negative word to say about any of them. THE BEST TEAM AT BACON & CO WITHOUT A DOUBT.

The sale of my flat has been a particularly drawnout and difficult process, spanning 8 months and riddled with challenges caused by inefficiency and ineptitude on the part of the solicitors involved. However, throughout this ordeal, Scott has been a constant source of professionalism, reassurance, and good humour, making the experience far more manageable than it otherwise would have been.
Scott went above and beyond at every stage, navigating delays and obstacles with remarkable patience, skill, and determination. His ability to remain calm and composed in the face of frustrating setbacks is truly admirable, and his proactive approach ensured that nothing was left to chance.
It’s rare to encounter someone who so clearly cares about their clients and is willing to go the extra mile, but Scott and his team exemplify this dedication. They handled the process with diligence and grace, ensuring I was kept informed and supported at every turn.

All staff at the Broadwater branch are friendly & welcoming, even saying hello on the Broadwater Green play day when escorting their character pig around with balloons! Caitlin was really good with the viewings of our place when we were looking for our buyer.
