We were tenants with Simple estates wonderful 10 years and Gurpreet, Farzana team are "THE BEST very professional and most importantly never treated us like tenants but family" . We needed house urgently and same day Gurpreet got me into this property since then any issue or fault we reported with in 24 their maintenance team was at our door to fix issue. Have to move house only to kids school. We wish Simple estate Gurpreet, Farzana and team very Best of Luck I am sure they will stay at the Top of their field with the service they give.
They looked after us and we looked after their property and at the end we got full deposit back with in week of moving out.

I think that the fees are too high. I have a cousin who pays less for her property to be managed. However, I have stayed with Simple Estate Agency because the people I have dealt with, particularly Farhana and Bally have so far managed my property well and I am satisfied with their work.
