I have used Paul within the last 6 months both selling my house and buying one of his houses that he was marketing . From the get go Paul was honest about the realistic value of each property , he kept us informed throughout the process and the communication was superb no silly offices having to call or wait for call backs. You could always reach Paul directly and pretty much right away which I feel is a huge advantage to using someone independent. I would not hesitate in using Paul stone again as my experience with him has been great ?

We had buyers with problems with their house regarding planning and building control. Paul was positive and encouraging throughout.
Good communication, always returned the call if he was unable to answer.
Although we did not achieve our asking price even after lowering it again. A sale was achieved. You can’t alter the market.

Paul helped us get to the point of exchange when the situation looked hopeless!! Paul was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He was very easy to contact and was available outside of office hours which was very handy. The sale became very challenging due to issues with selling my property. At one point the vendor almost pulled out due to how long the process was taking. Paul managed to resolve this situation and found a solution that held the sale together until we were ready to exchange. Just want to say a massive thanks, we got there in the end.
