Might be early days, but we have changed agents to Evergreen, from another agent, and we are kicking ourselves for not having done this sooner!
The process has been smooth (well there was one bit that was not so smooth, but that was down to the previous agent who we have now left). Already we seem to be getting better booking and occupancy levels, and the managing of our property is being thought through really well. Responsiveness of Denise and her team is fantastic! This is a really high-quality operation.

The best letting agency .Evergreen was recommended from a close friend who was extremely happy with them , from the first meeting with the lovely welcoming lady Denies I felt that my home will be in a safe hand , Denies , Vili and all the other staff are very professional , helpful whenever I call or need them always available and they respond quickly . I had two properties with them and I am so happy that they deal with them as their home, any problem they sort it quickly. Denies and the others are so welcoming, helpful, well mannered, you feel as family with them, they look after the guests very well. Thank you for everyone in Evergreen property management for making my life easy I managed to go for long holidays and leave my home with you . Highly recommend them
