I was tenant in Ibrox Street, the apartment was very nice and the agency was ready to help with any request. I had a great experience overall, but the best thing was that agency was ready to help at any time. Naveed Younas that was dealing with my queries was always more than happy to help, and even in situations that he was off or was weekend, he was more than happy to help me with finding an engineer even if it was Sunday.

I rented a small 1 bedroom flat in Glasgow for approximately 8 years.
While the flat could have benefited from a refurbishment everything was safe, functional and any issues where resolved promptly.
All mandatory safety checks were carried out to schedule including gas inspections and electricity PAT testing.
In general Naveed and the team at A&S were very professional. Their willingness to accommodate for personal circumstances and to allow for minor changes in layout and design of the property was, in all honesty, the best experience I have ever had in the rental market.

Great experience with A&S Properties. The furnished flat we rented was fairly priced, in a lovely area, clean and in good working order. Paying rent was easy, there was only one issue where our rent was late as we were on holiday and spent just a bit more than we thought, became overdrawn so the direct debit had bounced but they were understanding and not rude about it. They kept up with routine safety checks and communicated with us to find a suitable time for the workers to be in. They complemented the work I did in the back garden and passed it on to the landlord which made me feel valued and proud to be there. Everything was simple and straightforward with A&S. We didn't really need much during those 2.5 years but if we did I have no doubt they would be accomodating. We got all of our deposit back upon leaving (for a larger flat). I would rent from them again.

A&S Property Glasgow is an excellent letting agent that provides outstanding service to its tenants in the Glasgow area. As a former tenant, I was highly satisfied with every aspect of renting through them.
The staff at A&S Property Glasgow are extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. They always addressed any issues or concerns I had promptly and effectively. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the technicians they sent were skilled and courteous.
A&S Property Glasgow has a great selection of rental properties available throughout Glasgow. Their listings are accurate, up-to-date and make it easy to find the perfect rental to meet your needs. I felt they enabled me to find a great home at a fair price.
The rental process with A&S Property Glasgow was seamless and stress-free. Their staff walked me through all the necessary paperwork and procedures. They were flexible on scheduling viewings and made signing the lease a breeze.
Overall, I could not recommend A&S Property Glasgow more highly to anyone looking to rent in the Glasgow area. Their excellent service, great properties and reasonable rates make them a top choice for a letting agent. I was extremely satisfied during my tenancy with them.
