We have a team of experienced and professional estate agents that are contactable 7 days a week, so we can meet the requirements of sellers/purchasers that can no longer accept 9-5, Monday to Friday culture. We buy and sell throughout Edinburgh, to the Lothians and beyond.

My property was sold within 1 week and I was delighted with the offer received.
Annan properties then helped me secure the property I wished to buy and managed to procure the property much less than I had anticipated having to offer.

Exceptional customer service from the whole team at Annan's. Their local knowledge of Portobello was evident and they guided us through the selling process with professionalism. Our home sold very quickly but unfortunately the buyer withdrew, however within an hour our home was back on the market and again sold very quickly.
