We had an excellent experience as buyers buying a property marketed by Paul Carr's Sutton ColdfieldBoldmere Office. This was all because of Tori (Victoria) Smith. She was just so ON IT! It felt like she knew what the solicitors were doing before they did. She built a great rapport with us and the sellers and responded instantly to emails. It's lovely to have someone so clearly passionate about their job. For us this a very easy and stressfree process. Highly recommended.

Victoria has always kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with the proceedings during the Sale process. If I had any questions or problems she sorted them out quickly and professionally.

Outstanding service from Carol Barnes! Carol was the Sales Progressor for the property I was buying. Her client was an very demanding person who put undue pressure on the whole chain. Carol managed the situation in an extremely professional manner. Her communication throughout was outstanding. Although she wasn't my estate agent, she treated me as if I was her client and did everything in her gift to ensure the sale went through - even when her client, against advice from the Paul Carr team, put the property I was buying back on the market 3 weeks before we exchanged/ completed! Carol worked tirelessly on this particular sale, getting back to me at 8/9.00pm. I felt very supported by Carol in what was a very challenging situation.

Carol Barnes looked after my purchase.
She couldn't have been more helpful. She liaised with the vendors and their solicitor and kept me appraised at every stage. As the exchange date approached, exchange was delayed and again, Carol kept me informed of exactly what was going on and she chased up both sets of solicitors and kept on top of things.
All of the staff I dealt with at Paul Carr were helpful and friendly and knew their jobs and I had no doubt that I was dealing with a professional organisation.
I was only buying, but if I were to sell, I wouldn't think twice about using them,
