Back in 1992 we were located on the High Street in Caernarfon in a cosy shop with plasterboards separating us from the old town tunnels! We then moved to Bangor Street and as our team grew we relocated to 12 Y Maes some years later. This has now been our home for a number of years and our team grow from strength t
o strength, employing approximately 17 employees, giving us a wealth of local knowledge and expertise.
This office has a dedicated sales team, letting team, commercial department together with our professional services speciality team. Whatever your property needs, you can find it all under one roof here at our Caernarfon Branch.

I rang up a couple of weeks ago and I spoke with a young man, I can’t remember what he was called. I wanted to know more about the area of Caernarfonshire as it is one of the areas that we are considering moving too. He was very helpful in saying what it was like whether you wanted mountains or the beach that you can have either or and named a few beaches and some local attractions to the surrounding area. I would just like to say that he was very chatty and well mannered and seemed a great chap. If we do decide to choose the area we will sure arrange to view with him.

What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect!
To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I've used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she'd get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could.
As I'm a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through.
She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn't get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now!
On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn't going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away.
Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she's so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through.
Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you're buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side.

Dafydd Hardy Caernarfon gave me excellent service beyond my expectations in the purchase of my home. Their web site was easy to navigate and they informed me promptly of any new additions to the market. Even though I was living in Canada when I bought my new house, my agent, Ffion, made the process incredibly stress and worry free. I could call or e-mail and know that in the morning or later in the day I would certainly get a reply from her. I was able to secure my new house in a matter of days and her knowledge of the housing market and the local area made the prospect of my upcoming move very easy and reassuring. Ffion arranged my solicitor, my home insurer, building contractor and even where to stay and eat in Caernarfon. I found the whole office staff to be very friendly and willing to offer additional advice and directions relay my many questions and queries. To say that I felt like part of their office staff due to their friendliness and willingness to help me goes a long way to tell of the warm welcome that I received.
