Absolutely top marks Beercocks.
I’ve sold a few houses over the years and I have to say Beercocks have been the most effective team. They explained everything from beginning to going on the market.
There polite but straightforward and made this as was as getting a house on the market can be.
It’s my daughter who is selling her house the first time.
Due to her ADHD and Autism they really have gone above and beyond to include her in every step.
Already had a viewing with in a week of the coming soon board going up
They have kept her and myself informed at every step of the way
I’ve sold a few properties in the past
