The Tilehurst team made a great effort in creating interest the house, marketing it and showing it to potential buyers.
Callie, David, Richard and Sophie were all communicative and professional throughout the process.

Where to begin….. I engaged with Arins at Tilehurst to sell my late parents property, Ryan was immediately on it and we had several viewings within a few days of the property being advertised. There were several issues along the way where we lost a couple of buyers, however, the team at Arins were committed in getting the house sold.
The team were and are amazing, friendly, supportive and so very helpful, Chrissie was the trooper and link between solicitors buyers and myself, Sophie was so helpful with finding workmen that could help with a few issues that needed addressing. They all were fantastic and having dealt with other property services previously, you are looking to sell your home, I strongly recommend and advise you to use this great Company. Very good through to end.

A few things to work on initially - timings of viewings, confirmations of viewings and showing up to viewings, but overall a good service for a reasonable price.

Once our offer was accepted and we started moving forward, Chrissie Chitty stood out as a great transaction support and maintained good communication with our buyers to keep them motivated to stick it out to the end.
