Phil Hancock is that rare combination of being a fantastic salesperson, whilst also genuinely caring about his customers and the quality of service they receive.
Fantastic communication from start to finish; he went above and beyond. He was a wonderful source of conveyancing advice, and we were able to ask him anything to support us in our decision making process.
We got a higher price than we had dared hope for which was amazing.
I felt we were in safe hands at all times.
I would personally recommend Phil Hancock to anybody looking for an estate agent to sell their property. Unlike a faceless chain organisation with high staff turnover - Phil is doing this job because he actually cares about people and properties.

I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years but I have never had such a good experience with an estate agent as I had with Phil. He kept me fully informed and appraised of the situation every step of the way. I could get hold of him whenever I needed to and he wasn’t immediately available he would get back to me very quickly. Phil’s advice was invaluable and not only did he prove cheaper as no VAT but he actually saved me money with his suggestions. No other agent has ever got near to Phil’s level of service and I can only describe his service as superb. I thoroughly recommend him

My wife and I purchased a property with Hancock’s Estates which completed in January 2025. Phil was also polite, friendly and importantly always communicated about what was going on. I always got that personal service feel, he always knew exactly what was going on. All messages with the vendors were promptly communicated, pretty much always the same day. An excellent business and we ever decide to sell would use his services.

I understand selling and moving house is ranked within one of the top stresses in life. Well NOT SO with Hancock’s Estates. From the minute I picked up the phone and every interval throughout this process I haven’t worried about the process or the progress. I think what sets Hancock’s Estates apart; the differentiator so to speak is Phil’s authenticity and attentiveness. Every detail, any time of day, any query - even wall plugs - Phil was simply outstanding. If I decided to set up my own operations/ customer service company, I would have Phil as Chief Operating Officer because he takes customer experience and customer service to a different stratosphere. We’re just so so grateful to Phil. What a hero!
