Throughout my experience of arranging a viewing and subsequently making an offer on a house I desperately wanted to buy, the service I received from Jay in the Burntwood office was incredible. I have never come across such helpfulness and empathy. The property market at the moment is brutal for buyers with very much a dog eat dog feel to it. I felt none of that . Jay understood my anxieties, gave me very helpful advice...and he has the patience of a saint!! Ultimately my offer wasn’t high enough and my huge disappointment was softened by the kindness that Jay showed to me and the knowledge that should anything suitable come to market, then my phone will be ringing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents, Burntwood branch for anyone who wants sheer professionalism and a caring approach. Amazing!

Paul Carr were immense throughout.
