The Team at the Canterbury office was nothing less than exceptional. Our scenario was complex, but they were with us every step of the way. The communication was flawless from our first receipt of correspondence from Caitlin, who helped us find the perfect home, and carried on through Josh to finalize the details.... After some unfortunate rejections from other letting agencies for being a lone parent, Winkworth went above and beyond to help me and my two children find a wonderful little cottage to rent. Josh was very professional throughout the process and kept me up to date with everything. My children and I were in an unfortunate situation where our previous landlord had passed away and we were asked to leave our home. Now we are all moved in to our new home, and all within the space of a few weeks! Thank you Josh, I cannot tell you how relieved I am xXx

Would give no stars if I could. We were given the property in a horrific state:
- Food stains on cupboards and bed
- Drainage issues
- Plug sockets hanging off walls
- Noz gas canisters everywhere
- Broken hoover
- Badly stained and bent table & chairs
- Stained sheets left on sofa bed
- Brown substance on sofa cushions
- Dirty & broken utensils
- No outside bin for a month
- Refused to fix aerial connection
- Lamp was literally snapped in half
- Large hole in bed frame that caused splinters and ripped sheets
They caused hell when we asked them to fix the issues that should have been sorted before we ever moved in.
While some staff were lovely, our main contact was DISGUSTINGLY rude.
Told us we left the property in a much better state than we got it in and still took money from our deposit.
Genuinely would not wish that experience on my worst enemy.
