Miranda has been fantastic from day one! She has been professional, informative and above all, great at communicating with us throughout each step in the process. A massive thank you to Miranda. Right from our first meeting Miranda made us feel at ease explaining the process and promising to keep us updated along the way.
The initial open house idea was perfect , it meant that we only had a few days of people viewing which was much more convenient. Our house sold within days of it going on the market at a price that we were more than happy with.
There were a few bumps in the road as we had to find our perfect home but Miranda put us at ease at very turn.
We have recommended Miranda to friends that our hoping to move and they have found her easy to deal with and trust.
Moving day went smoothly and after handing our keys over to Miranda she left us alone to say goodbye to our beautiful home. You knew we needed that.
Thank you so much Miranda and team this includes Becky and the photographer. You have all been so kind and understanding as this move was a massive step in our lives.

We can only really use one word to describe the service that Miranda offers, and that's excellent. Actually, there's another which is equally as important. Dedicated. From the moment we put the sale of our house in her hands, the service we received from Miranda was outstanding. Within a couple of weeks we'd had several promising viewings, some of which were conducted over the weekend, (yes, she works Sundays), and she quickly secured a sale us. She has been utterly professional and supportive at all times, and has been available all our queries and concerns whenever the occurred. If you want to deal with just one agent from start to finish, who knows your house inside out and can answer potential buyers' questions during viewings, gives immediate feedback following all viewings, then I couldn't recommend Miranda more highly. She's a breath of fresh air in the world of selling your house.

Easy 5 stars Miranda. Our house was on the market a week, we had 4 viewings immidietly and sold on the second viewing at asking price, can't really ask more than that. A great estate agent has a lot of great contacts to help through the process as well of which Miranda gets top marks once again, the photagrapher she uses, advised solicitors, mortgage advisors etc . . all reasonably priced and extremely active and clear with communications. As first time sellers, we picked Miranda because in our local area, you see her face on a sale sign it's typically sold the next time you see it, expectations were high and were met with ease, thanks Miranda!
