Amy provides exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout and kept me well inform with the tenant find. We feel we've been very fortunate to have the team at Belvoir Central looking after our flats in Liverpool for 7 years. But we now appreciate their amazing professionalism & service even more because we're about to move into one of our properties.
Rebecca (Bush) in particular has done a brilliant job looking after our tenants as they moved out and then caring for us. Rebecca is great at responding to our many emails with her expertise, local knowledge and personal warmth. And it was a pleasure to meet her in person last week when she took time to make sure to come and check out the flat with us when we visited it for the first time in years. We can't recommend her highly enough - thank you Rebecca and all the team at Belvoir Central!

I've had the pleasure of renting through Belvoir and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Rebecca Bush. I would also like to give a special mention to Steve, the housekeeper/flat supervisor, who has been equally incredible. Steve's hard work and dedication in maintaining the property are evident in every corner. He is always approachable, friendly, and quick to assist with any issues that arise, making sure the living environment is always in top condition.
