is what it is im afraid but was a complicated sale that dragged on so they probably earnt their money. and when finally allowed viewings they seemed to find many and seemed to see at what ever time suited the potentail buyers

Andrew and Heidi were so good helping us sell my late father's flat. They charge a set fee, made known at the start, with no messing around offering reductions that you find with some estate agents. Andrew took pictures, gave advice and discussed a selling price. They already had someone on their books who was looking for a ground floor flat. The people viewed within a couple of days and it was sold. Heidi kept things moving along, I rarely needed to contact our solicitor as Heidi kept me informed even more than the solicitor. She also offered practical advice about procedures and made recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agents.
