We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy.
We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you).
The fees were very good and we would definitely recommend New Move.

What an exceptionally good service. The model is good, the costs unbelieveable and the individualised attention is second to none. (And I have 'been around the block') having moved every five years or so.
I can, without any hesitation say, if you are planning a house move, the talk to these guys, (as well as the others) so you too can see the difference.

New Move provided a extremely professional service and provided a complete end to end service from marketing strategies through to keeping momentum in a very slow purchase and everything in between. Service was always extremely professional and from start to finish I always had confidence that New Move would get the job done, which they did.

Being first time landlords we approached New Move as they had experience of managing properties in the area our property was located. Lee Raymond and his colleagues gave us what we believe to be impartial advice on the benefits and pitfalls of both managing the letting process ourselves and in using an agent and the ways in which New Move could offer support and assistance. Our questions were answered in full and we did not once feel we were being patronised or pressured to sign up. After talking to several agents we decided that Lee and the team understood our needs and would be best placed to manage the letting of our property and almost a year on this has proved to be the case. Statements and correspondence is timely and accurate and fees are very competitive without compromising quality.
