The service that Peter and his assistant Shirley provide is second to none. They take away all of the stress of being an "absentee landlord", always keeping me informed of building maintenance, regulatory and tenancy issues as they arise. The Agents Fees were very reasonable in view of the significant number of visits and letters involved with the outgoing tenants, we were more than satisfied, so much so that we queried whether the Agent had charged enough - he agreed he had.
