Do not whatever you do go with this company. I have met some bad estate agents in my time, but these are by far the worst. They lost my inventory, which caused me all sorts of stress when I moved out and it took about 5 weeks just to get an acknowledgement. They sided with the landlord (no doubt to keep her business), and I was truly shocked by their attitude. I lost a lot of money with these people. I cannot warn you enough about this company.
I think they need to learn the basics of their job.
