I would not recommend Astberrys at all! During my tenancy I had several issues with them and I was treated badly with no respect and with absolutely no desire from any of the letting agents to actually help me with my queries. The agents are unable to help simply because you can see that after you paid them the money they do not really care about whether their tenants are happy or not. I have tried contacting them over the phone without any success. I would like to express my huge disappointment with this agency so that other people do not go through the stress and frustration that I experienced while being a tenant in one of their properties. Their agents are rude and unprofessional. My honest advice is to try and find another agency for this area. Thank you.
I was treated badly several times from the agent and she showed no interest of finding a solution to my problems during the tenancy. Her attitude was highly unprofessional and she even made remarks based on cultural differences.
