Arlanda Properties

I decided to write a review around a month after dealing with Alranda just in case, and I can confidently tell everyone that they are a wonderful property agency! If you're reading this, it's likely you ended up like me and my partner and a bit worried about the company as there are almost no reviews of them and not a lot more to go on online. We had a few concerns when signing on with them as they were asking for things like the deposit + first months rent in cash. For us this was just over a grand but we found one person's review saying he had to hand them nearly 5 times that. Based on that review though, we decided to go on with it as we really loved the flat and had read almost all bad reviews for some other agencies we were dealing with. In the end, Arlanda have ended up being not only good when it came to looking at the flat, but they have also been diligent with any concerns we've had. For example, when we first got the keys, we managed to find a few things a bit off with the property - nothing major, just the wardrobe a bit knackered, the markings on the oven had worn off and some tiles int he bathroom were loose. We contacted Alranda and let them know about all these things so they were on the record. They got back to us very quickly and sorted things that we'd even said we didn't mind. We got the oven instructions delivered to our door and they even sorted it so the building handy man would come to fix the tiles that we didn't mind. Overall, they have been a delight and we have faced no problems with them!
