The agents were very sympathetic to the fact that my property had been on the market for a long period of time.They identified that the viewings needed to be taken over by themselves and put in strategies to present the house in a positive way,leaving me out of this responsibiity.The communication between us and the purchasers was very good and they were very professional from throughout the entire process which happened to be very swift in the end.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I feel that as our property was sold almost as soon as it went on the market & that I supplied all the images for the details charging so much for the sale was wrong, there aught to be a time scale ie. if a property is sold in the first week by the seller (the agents did not show the buyers...
