Whilst the agent arranged the viewing time efficiently and very quickly i expected some form of verbal communication after visiting the property, However; this did not happen and i felt that i should contact the owner personally, I do not feel that it is my place to do this even though it is a internet based selling site.

This was my first experience of an online agent having done things the traditional way before, however at a price of under £500 I was prepared to give things a go. Communication was excellent via phone and email and a local photographer came round within a couple of days and took great photos. We were live on the web as fast as I could confirm the details and within 24 hours I had 2 viewings both who made offers and with Richard and Yasmins brilliant negotiating, one at the asking price (£20k over a local agents valuation). Our sale proceeded under Turtlehomes guidance and all seemed well until my buyer became ill and unfortunately was unable to exchange. Yasmin helped calm the storm by getting us back on the market swiftly and within 48 hours we had 3 offers and a full asking price offer which has now completed. Richard and especially Yasmin have been the most professional, approachable and efficient agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will certainly be using Turtlehomes in the future and would heartily recommend.

Turtlehomes provide incredible value for money, especially compared to traditional agents. The only difference I found was that I had to conduct my own viewings. The service I received from Richard & Yasmin was professional, courteous & prompt; they advised in how to market my property & negotiated the sale price up, despite this making no difference to their fee. I will use them again and have already recommended them.

Turtle homes have been fantastic.
The decision to sell our home through an online company was a little daunting initially but the fees charged by other estate agents were very high and we didn't feel like any of the estate agents really cared about us selling our home for the right price - just their commission at the end of it.
Richard, the director of Turtle Homes, seemed a very open and approachable guy, which he was.
The process from start to finish with Turtle Homes was stress free. The viewings were arranged by phone and confirmation by email. The potential buyers were informed the homeowner would be present to show them around. Richard was always very quick to reply to any phone calls or emails and provided advice throughout the process (and this was more than most would need as we had not sold a house before) which was gratefully received.
Since the sale of our house we have recommended Turtle Homes to a neighbour who now has their house on the market with Turtle Homes.
Should we move again in the future we will be sure to sell with Turtle homes. Couldn't have asked for a better service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Turtle homes have been fantastic. What agent could do to change your mind?
Verbal communication would have helped and then I could have discussed a reduced price with him.

I initially spoke to Richard Tuck for advice on which package to choose for my advertising, he was very approachable and efficient but I felt no pressure to act immediately. Once I did decide on which package was right for me the whole process was speedy and efficient. I guess I expected a little more in the way of the spec writing as it was very basic when first presented. However, one of the reasons for me choosing to sell the property myself was because I wanted to be able to put some effort into it myself so this was not a problem. The method of getting the photographs done in our particular area via an EPC provider was also fast and efficient. It's a shame that Rightmove insist on professional photo's as I could actually have provided the same if not better myself particularly as we already had an EPC. The methods used to arrange the viewings followed in the same strain, fast and efficient and we were very lucky and sold after the third viewing. The process from then on was managed between me the buyer and the solicitors and although we experienced problems along the way I struck up a very good rapport with the buyer and found between us we could kick the solicitors at appropriate times because let's face it , you have to if you want things to happen!

I have to say it was a massive pleasure to work with Turtle homes for the sale of our house.
Selling your home without the backing of a high street agent initially seems a bit daunting, however the extortionate costs and their style of business has always put me off.
I felt that I knew my house better than anyone, so who better to show people around and answer any house related questions..Me!
The process from start to finish with Turtle Homes was just so easy. I felt that they were honest, supportive and genuine, a service that I am yet to experience from most high street agents.
Sign-up was super easy; the marketing material was put together professionally within a few days and then live with the major housing websites the day after.
Richard & Emma were always very quick and efficient; they provided support and advice throughout the process, always answered my calls and emails within a reasonable time frame and at no point did I feel that I was left alone to deal with the sell my house.
As a result of this service my house sold in just 5 days!! and I saved myself an absolute fortune in fees.
Following the acceptance of an offer, the team at Turtle homes then guided me through to completion, chasing relevant parties to encourage a swift exchange and keeping me updated as necessary.
I have since recommended Turtle Homes to my brother, who sold with them within 14 days and I have also continued to recommended to other friends & family members who live within other areas of the UK.
I don't plan to move house again for quite some time, however if I do, I know who I will be calling.

Richard and his team forwarded enquiries via email and I then contacted the interested party. It was important to weed out the sightseers by asking as many questions as possible about their status. Those who didn't respond I knew were time wasters. I sold the house after being on the market for less than a month - and this was in October/November, having also had another offer which I rejected. After a succession of 'having a lookers' being brought round by local agents, and only one very low offer, I was really glad that I had taken these steps. Selling your own home is not for everyone, but if you are confident enough to do so then using Turtle Homes is a fantastic way of doing so.

If you feel the matter is not being resolved to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to the Manager of the Branch dealing with your enquiry. The Manager will try to resolve the matter on the day you raise your complaint, although whether this is possible will; of course, depend on the nature of the complaint.
