Having been messed around & treated badly by a number of agents it was refreshing & a pleasure to deal with someone so pleasant, efficient, professional & hardworking. We had previously got to the point of being just about to exchange, more than once, to have it fall through with no explanation or contact from the (other) agents we were dealing with, later discovering the vendor had been encouraged by the agent to seek more money. So when we were fortunate enough to find a property for sale with Sinton Andrews we finally discovered what estate agents should be doing for their customers to help the process along and to ensure all parties are happy & just how well an agent can treat it's customers, even if it was just to reassure us all was still going well. I'm not a first time buyer & have dealt with estate agents for many many years & I have never encountered any as superbly awesome as Ella & her colleagues. They are showing up all other agents in west London!!
