WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was the first time i have rented as i have always had a mortgage and couldn't believe how difficult it was to find somewhere to live and how much financial stress there was. Lucky enough though i found Adriana at Beals in Shirley High Street, Southampton. Adriana couldn't have been any more helpfull with her friendly, professional and HONEST approach from the moment we first enquired to when we moved in. She made the whole experience a lot less stressfull and easier than it could have been. We had signed up with a number of letting agents but only adriana and her team kept us informed and updated of any new properties that came up for letting. We can't thank Adriana and her team enough and are now happy in our new home. MANY THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM.

Avoid at all costs. These people did not even bother to check the property before we moved in. House was absolutely filthy and uninhabitable, the heating did not work, they did not mention that both gas and electricity were key meters, let alone the fact that both were so far into emergency credit...
