If this company is managing your property or if you are looking to rent and these guys are the managing agents, I would do anything I can do avoid this company.
As a tenant I was treated very poorly. The communication and customer service is awful. They speak to you as if you are not a person.
An example...
Few months back, I get a random WhatsApp message (attached) from the director I believe who I never spoken to before. Without any warning that the property I am living in, my landlord (Based in Japan) has decided to sell the property. I only had been living in the property for 3 months. I was going through a very tough time at that time not that it matters. Without any warning, reassurance or basic information they wanted to do a viewing the same day. I have replied with some questions and till this day I am still left on seen. I have left the property as I did not feel comfortable knowing I may be asked to leave.
I don't want to get started on the checkout. Please be aware they will do anything they can to take money out of your deposit or even from you.
If you are a tenant reading this make sure you have everything in writing in detail. Luckily I did and they couldn't take much from me although they tried.

Avoid this company you have been warned from experience. They are initially friendly but then with a smile they will lie and trick you as unethically as possible.
We were unfortunate to be appointed Vantage as a management company and they were unprofessional and awful service. Their sole onjective was to make as much money from you without doing anything. When we caught them out they then tried blackmail tactic, when that failed they left everything in a mess and refused to communicate anymore.

Used this agent for a few years. On the whole all staff are helpful. After contacting them they usually respond very quickly. Compared to other agents I have used they are the best.

This is by far the worst agency we have ever came across (and we do move quite a bit due to husband's job!). They charge for a reference if you are moving on, do not allow for any fair wear and tear and would still charge for cleaning even if you arrange an end of tenancy clean as nothing is "up to their standards"! Stay well away if you have kids or pets, as they will zoom and photograph every 1 mm mark you leave behind. If you are renting a property through them, think again and see if the property is listed by another agent. It will save your sanity!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents should adjust their expectations of how the property should be handed back to them after a long tenancy especially if it also involves kids. They should also show more respect and professionalism towards their tenants, as they have been really insulting at check out, e.g. implying that we were laying about the professional cleaning and questioning every 1 mm mark. It felt like we were criminals being questioned at court nothing like the regular check out we were used to. They allow for 0 tear and wear and expect the property to be returned in as new condition or deduct loads off your deposit to redecorate.

Vantage were helpful and friendly when we were looking at the apartment and dealt with the moving in process well. Unfortunately I can't say they're so helpful when moving out! We moved out of our apartment 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for rent and deposit to be paid back. I have called several times and promises made but not delivered. They are now ignoring my emails. So it looks like I'm going to have to take them to the small claims court. It's such a shame Vantage have let themselves down like this, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now!

Having had a negative experience with one of the large chain letting agents in my first year in London, I am happy to report that Vantage have found my partner and myself a wonderful new flat in Canary Wharf where others failed to do so. It was by far the nicest flat that we viewed and was priced realistically, rather than the sky-high inflated prices asked for mediocre flats that we had been viewing so far with other agencies. The service has been good from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble - we moved into a new build that was unfurnished at the time of viewing, and after signing contracts etc our agent was happy to arrange another viewing just to see it again with furniture prior to moving in, and were happy to accomodate other requests that we made. The fees were also reasonable and there were no stupidly inflated charges or 'compulsory insurance' deals that other agencies had tried to push on us. The agency also took care of notifying all of the utility/ council etc for us rather than just leaving us to it. We have not had any problems with the property so far, so have not experienced the property mangement side yet, but if it is as smooth as the moving in process was then we should be fine. I got the impression that this agency genuinely wanted to help us find somewhere nice to live, and succeeded - would highly recommend.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
