If this company is managing your property or if you are looking to rent and these guys are the managing agents, I would do anything I can do avoid this company. As a tenant I was treated very poorly. The communication and customer service is awful. They speak to you as if you are not a person. An example... Few months back, I get a random WhatsApp message (attached) from the director I believe who I never spoken to before. Without any warning that the property I am living in, my landlord (Based in Japan) has decided to sell the property. I only had been living in the property for 3 months. I was going through a very tough time at that time not that it matters. Without any warning, reassurance or basic information they wanted to do a viewing the same day. I have replied with some questions and till this day I am still left on seen. I have left the property as I did not feel comfortable knowing I may be asked to leave. I don't want to get started on the checkout. Please be aware they will do anything they can to take money out of your deposit or even from you. If you are a tenant reading this make sure you have everything in writing in detail. Luckily I did and they couldn't take much from me although they tried. AVOID!
